Position Summary

The Digital Account Manager is an integral member in driving digital advertising revenue for Outdoor Sportsman Group. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of a digital campaign, including creating media plans and ensuring all campaigns are implemented successfully across various platforms.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and brainstorm with sales and internal teams to craft media plans aligned with client objectives and budgets
  • Partner with Account Executives to manage client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams including ad ops, e-marketing, integrated marketing and editorial teams to communicate client expectations and campaign fulfillment
  • Provided clients and finance team with accurate end of campaign billing and reporting
  • Manage and monitor all campaigns inventory, delivery and invoicing
  • Monitor account delivery and optimize to achieve established success metrics
  • Complete post-campaign wrap-up and analysis

Performance Requirements/Skills

  • Experience in digital advertising and working with digital sales teams
  • Strong media planning and analytical skills
  • Understanding of digital inventory management and advertising operations best practices
  • Experience working with different ad serving technologies GAM, DFA, Sizmek, etc.
  • Mastery of digital advertising concepts and ability to interpret complex data
  • Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Exhibit proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Education/Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years professional experience within the account management field
  • Bachelor’s degree, and/or combination of degree and experience, required

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

Normal office environment. Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Occasionally lifting files or paper weighing up to 30 pounds. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity enough to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. Requires mobility enough to travel.
