The Graphic Artist in Outdoor Sportsman Group’s marketing organization is a key creative professional that helps implement the Outdoor Channel, Sportsman Channel, World Fishing Network and MyOutdoorTV brands in print and digital. This is a critical role as it is the branding engine and key driver of success with both B2C and B2B audiences.


  • Creates unique, high-end, high-impact marketing pieces including but not limited to print campaigns and digital banners, posters, signage, premiums and all collateral
  • Provides conceptual input for marketing projects
  • Completes projects with creativity and attention to detail
  • Pushes the envelope creatively by seeking innovative ways to promote the networks
  • Communicates effectively and regularly to develop concepts and ascertain needs
  • Selects photos for marketing projects
  • Familiar with the network’s photo collection and recommends additions
  • Organizes, catalogues, and maintains online image library of shows/talent
  • Proofreads all projects, aiming for an error-free final product
  • Participates in creative brainstorming sessions, offering ideas, feedback and insight
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education or Formal Training:

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in fine arts or related field preferred, or equivalent experience required


  • Requires a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of design experience with a Design Studio/Ad Agency or in-house creative group
  • Proficient in Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop in a Mac environment
  • Excellent design skills
  • Proven time management, organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail

Equipment Used:

  • Mac design environment, Microsoft 365 office

Working Environment/Physical Activities:

  • Ability to travel if needed; occasional travel is needed in this position
  • Professional, yet casual office work environment
  • Ability to work extended hours as required
