POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project manage all digital creative requests for both internal and external needs across networks and MOTV
  • Assist in the fulfillment of all video requests to the on-air promo team for both networks and MOTV
  • Oversee execution of creative requests for all MOTV in app elements and user acquisition efforts
  • Mange design team schedule while ensuring all creative direction is clear prior to submission and final delivery
  • Maintain fluid communication with project requesters and properly funnel assignments from the requester to the designers and vice versa
  • Contribute to development and execution of new and existing MOTV initiatives to help further app-marketing efforts
  • Work closely with Ad Sales to ensure sponsorship creative material is adequately fulfilled while maintaining OSG brand guidelines
  • Provide marketing added value proposals for current and prospective Ad Sales clients
  • Assist in the execution and management of broad-based marketing and promotional initiatives that help strengthen the Outdoor Sportsman Group brands
  • Work in tandem with the consumer marketing team members to ensure all marketing materials are created for various on and off-air initiatives (marathon programming, quarterly priorities, etc.)
  • Produce custom marketing materials such as one-sheets, presentations and recap decks for all current marketing initiatives
  • Support Director of Marketing Solutions in day-to-day operations of marketing and promotional driven initiatives as they relate to Outdoor Sportsman Group
  • Day to Day supervision of Marketing Solutions Intern (during applicable quarters)
  • Assign project requests from various departments (ad sales, affiliate marketing, etc.).  Ensure all necessary information is included within each request and a reasonable due date is assigned
  • Work in tandem with the consumer marketing team members to ensure all marketing materials are created for various on and off-air initiatives (marathon programming, quarterly priorities, etc.)
  • Update master list of project requests and their respective status
  • Maintain fluid communication to individual or group of project requesters and properly funnel communication from the requester to the designers and vice versa
  • Produce custom marketing materials such as one-sheets, presentations and recap decks
  • Support Director of Marketing Solutions in day-to-day operations of marketing and promotional driven initiatives as they relate to Outdoor Sportsman Group
  • Assist on all marketing solutions projects as needed
  • Perform all other duties that may be assigned to meet business needs
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours in the event of deadlines or projects
  • Other duties as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3- 5 years’ experience
    • Project management experience
    • Experience in TV marketing preferred
    • Must have strong oral and written skills

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Communications or similar; or equivalent work experience
