Membership Fulfillment Coordinator – Major League Fishing

Nature of Work:

The Membership Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for fulfilment of MLF membership materials, including but not limited to mailing membership welcome letters, membership cards, membership decals and Champions Club boxes, to ensure a positive customer experience.

The Membership Fulfillment Coordinator reports to the Vice President of Operations and will work closely with the Champions Club Manager and information technology team for membership fulfillment coordination and tracking.

Examples of work performed:

  • Daily processing of membership fulfillment mailings to ensure effective and efficient operation
  • Coordinating monthly Champions Club box assembly and shipment operations
  • Coordinating direct mail efforts to maximize tournament participation, new member acquisition and member retention
  • Managing shipping and receiving activities, including postal reporting requirements for Bass Fishing magazine
  • Maintaining mailing equipment and in-house copiers
  • Assisting with membership services activities including but not limited to inbound and outbound calls, tournament entry and membership processing
  • Additional duties as assigned

  • Minimum
    • An associate’s degree or above in marketing, business administration or related discipline
  • Preferred
    • Experience using AccuZip postal software
    • Shipping and receiving experience
    • A working knowledge of the tournament-fishing industry and its key figures

Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
  • A desire to master all aspects of membership fulfillment, including U.S. Postal regulations
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • The ability to organize a variety of fishing products and processes to assemble Champions Club subscription boxes quickly and accurately
  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
