POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The primary role of the MOTV Marketing Manager is to execute and drive the overarching digital strategy that meets the marketing and business goals of the company for the MyOutdoorTV OTT app. With a primary focus on app marketing, the position’s main objective is to increase the app subscriber base and manage retention marketing. This role will bring a wealth of digital marketing knowledge and expertise to the organization and have proven experience with app subscriber acquisition and retention.

MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the subscriber and the product offering to create and implement an app marketing strategy
  • Develop strategy and execution around push and in-app messaging for app
  • Create and manage organic and paid marketing efforts focused on subscriber acquisition, retention, and retargeting
  • Work closely with various teams to influence and optimize subscriber and in-app experience
  • Measure and report performance of campaigns to drive learnings and implement best practices
  • Evaluate current and emerging technologies to elevate and grow app as a brand
  • Work with team to improve SEO and ASO
  • Identify cross-platform opportunities and collaborates with internal teams to create additional digital opportunities to market across other brands
  • Work with the app platform partners to develop marketing opportunities within the platforms

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

  • Highly analytical with experience leveraging data to drive improvement and performance
  • Knowledge of digital and mobile marketing tools
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to juggle various projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Education or Formal Training:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, including recent experience with mobile and app marketing
  • 2+ years of experience with marketing using online channels (email, in app push, re-targeting

Material and Equipment Used:

  • Web and mobile platforms including iOS, Android, Roku & Amazon

Working Environment/Physical Activities:

  • Full Time, Monday – Friday, 8:30  – 5:00 PM
