POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Manages enewsletter and eblast process. Traffics ad campaigns in Doubleclick For Publishers (DFP). Adds web site content. Supports MyOutdoorTV operations and customer support. Performs other digital operations tasks, as needed.
MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sets up email newsletters and email blasts in broadcasting system. Schedules email newsletters and email blasts in coordination with Marketing, Programming, and Ad Sales departments. Obtains editorial, video and ad content from different groups and publishes in broadcasting system. Schedules tests. Troubleshoots issues. Provides reporting (70-85%)
- Assists in trafficking ad campaigns in DFP (5-10%)
- Assists in entering content into content management systems for web sites (5-10%)
- Works MyOutdoorTV chat support (15-20%)
- Writes and maintains documentation and instructional material (2-5%)
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in email broadcasting or marketing system, desired
- Experience using Windows or Mac computers, daily use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, working knowledge of HTML coding
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines, fast-paced environment and continually-changing priorities
