Founded in 2011, Major League Fishing (MLF) brings the high-intensity sport of competitive bass fishing into America’s living rooms on Outdoor Channel, Discovery, CBS, CBS Sports Network, World Fishing Network, Sportsman Channel and on-demand on MyOutdoorTV (MOTV). New for 2019, the Bass Pro Tour consists of eight events and a championship streamed live on and MOTV. MLF uses the entertaining and conservation-friendly catch, weigh and immediate-release format where every scorable bass counts and the winner is the angler with the highest cumulative weight.

About Our Job:

Part Time Customer Service Representatives assists the needs of our anglers by taking tournament entries, renewing memberships, answering tournament questions and addressing concerns.

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Balance daily tournament transactions
  • Generate tournament confirmations/Email and or mail confirmations
  • Answer all in-bound calls
  • Generate invoices
  • Scan liability releases
  • Receive and answer all Info@ emails
  • Process all inbound mail and contact all returned mail to verify addresses
  • Fulfill monthly membership giveaways
  • Assist customers with website issues and help navigate website
  • Assist customers with WGD’s website and issues as they arise
  • Outbound calls for membership growth and retention
  • Text and email for membership growth and retention
  • Outbound calls for tournament recruitment
  • Text and email for tournament recruitment
  • Outbound calls for balance dues
  • Assist other departments with any specialized projects
  • Assist with mailing fulfillment
  • Additional duties as assigned
