POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Manager, Digital Ad Operations will be a key contributor to Major League Fishing. 50% of this role will be managing ad operations for live streaming and other properties. This individual will work with our internal team and will assist our clients with execution and measurement of media impact. Will lead innovative conversations alongside our sales/sponsorship group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Digital Media Production Specialist
  • Works with Sales, Digital and Marketing teams to ensure specifications and rates are cohesive
  • Oversees and manages the digital media product specifications and rates databases
  • Collect and traffic all digital advertising materials
  • Manage the production of all new and high-end digital advertising products
  • Manage campaigns work with all necessary parties to ensure creative delivery is a success
  • Work with the Director Ad Operations to manage products and personnel. Also act as backup in the Director Ad Operations absence
  • Data entry follow-up and processing of Digital Media creative of all current acceptable forms of web and mobile advertising
  • Responsible for creative problem solving for any issues and implement solutions
  • Central contact and acts as the central point of contact and “face” of the ad ops department
  • Develop, maintain, and implement all ad operations processes and procedures
  • Responsibilities including collection, logging and monitoring receipt of Digital Material Creative as backup form web traffic
  • Diagnosing basic design creative files for web and ENL compliance issues
  • Act as a corporate representative to clients and agencies
  • Administer creative implementation, site migration and reporting

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Digital Ad Sales Operations
  • Exposure to experience with (DSP, DFP, DMP, ad serving, Social Ads API Platforms, etc.)
  • Good understanding with all technical issues involved in running online ad campaigns
  • Experience with a video ad server (Google Ad Serve Doubleclick for Video, etc.)
  • Good understanding of digital video marketplace, vendors, and third-party technologies
  • Excellent client and interpersonal skills, with a flexible attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Current in digital trends, platforms tools and practices
  • Solid written communication and presentation skills
  • Very good problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Must be detailed oriented, demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks in warp-speed marketplace and work environment
  • A good understanding of modern tech platforms – DMPs, DSP’s ad servers, tag managers, audience pixel and conversion tracking, and viewability and web inspection tools
  • Experience with JavaScript, Rich Media/HTML5 or CSS
