Outdoor Channel Debuts “Outside Tracks” and Shows True Grit on “Friday Night at the Movies”
Sportsman Channel’s “Predator Pursuit” Remains High in Drama and Has Nothing To Do With Ducks or a Silver Chalice

DENVER (May 18, 2017) – Nashville is a connecting theme during the week of May 22–28 as country singing newbies in Nashville show what life is like behind-the-scenes on Outdoor Channel’s debut episode of Outside Tracks and Sportsman Channel highlights a different type of Predator Pursuit taking place in the outdoors and not even remotely comparable to the one playing out in Nashville these days on ice.

Outdoor Channel’s Monday night is abuzz with the anticipated debut episode of Outside Tracks, which brings rising country stars, Craig Campbell and Parmalee, to a secluded cabin outside Nashville where they perform their hit singles “Outskirts of Heaven” and “Roots”, and gives an unfiltered view into how they made it from small town to stardom the right way. Buck Commander precedes the Outdoor Channel original and follows, Willie Robertson and Luke Bryan as they hunt Luke’s new property in south Texas while Jordan Summitt travels to Missouri to go after his first Midwest buck.

Next on Carter’s W.A.R., Ivan investigates the illegal trade of bush meat in Kinshasa, when he stumbles upon three captive baby chimpanzees being sold on the black market. A dramatic rescue is planned and culminates with the chimps safely being delivered to a place dedicated to providing a better future for all primates in Africa. Friday Night at the Movies closes out the week with the film True Grit, starring John Wayne as “Rooster” Cogburn, a tough U.S. Marshal who helps a stubborn teenager track down her father’s murderer.
