School is in Session: Chef Mike Robinson Teaches ‘Wild Fish Masterclass’ Cooking Series on Outdoor Channel

DENVER (July 22, 2022) – Wild game cooking school is in session with English restaurateur and hunter Mike Robinson and his new series Wild Fish Masterclass airing Mondays at 7 p.m. ET on Outdoor Channel.
Robinson, who decided a new show featuring “how to” cook fish was needed, is one of Britain’s most prominent game chefs. He developed the new show on the coattails of his successful Outdoor Channel series Wild Game Masterclass that debuted in 2021.
This series is part of Outdoor Channel’s “Taste the Wild” block of programming on Mondays, which also features Man Eats Wild, Das Boat, The Fishmonger and Wicked Tuna.
Wild Fish Masterclass is a step-by-step guide to cooking amazing restaurant-style fish dishes from start to finish. Robinson cooks in easy-to-follow stages in his kitchen at his award-winning restaurant – The Woodsman. With the help of fellow chefs, he also shares the professional methods and tips to help viewers at home elevate their wild fish cooking into Michelin star-caliber food.
Robinson co-owns the only pub in Britain with a prestigious Michelin Star and he harvests the natural ingredients that make up some of his most famous dishes. As an expert marksman and deer stalker, Robinson shares the many unique skills and techniques he uses to hunt game he sustainably manages. As a chef, he also shares the professional methods and tips to help viewers elevate their wild game cooking at home and over their campfires.
