Sportsman Channel Casts Good Fortune with Fishing Programming in Spring 2018

DENVER (July 11, 2018) – Fishing shows on Sportsman Channel proved to be a successful programming formula as the network delivered year-over-year ratings gains across the key demographic Men 25-54 in April including: Total Day (+8 percent), Weekend (+6 percent), Primetime (+20 percent), Weekday Daytime (+14 percent) and Overnight (+14 percent).

The network also reports that fishing shows accounted for five of the Top 10 highest-rated programs in April 2018. On average, fishing shows increased the network’s rating with Men 25-54 by +6 percent year-over-year in April 2018 versus last year on Sportsman Channel.
