Outdoor Channel Kicks Off ‘Premiere Week’ with New Series & Returning Favorites Starting September 29

15 All-New Episodes, 4 Brand New Series, 1 Spectacular Week

DENVER (September 15, 2025) – Outdoor Channel is set to launch its much-anticipated outdoor TV event of the year, Premiere Week, beginning Monday, September 29. This year’s lineup promises to captivate audiences with a mix of new stars, familiar faces, and exhilarating adventures. Highlights include the debut of Our Way of Life, a series giving voice to the Alaska Tlingit Nation, Cast Iron Cowboy, where chuck wagon cooking and cowboy culture come to life, and Jason the Butcher, with Jason Nauert, a craft master who shows his work with America’s Armed Forces.

Viewers will also enjoy returning favorites like season seven of Farming the Wild, season 10 of Nick’s Wild Ride with Nick Hoffman, and the return of Jess Pryles in Hardcore Carnivore, offering riveting hunts and culinary delights.

Farming the Wild (Season Seven Premieres Monday, September 29 at 7 p.m. ET) – Farming the Wild celebrates hunting as a way of gathering sustainable wild food. The show educates, informs, and focuses on the food aspect of hunting and gathering. The emphasis is on harvesting wild meat, rather than for sport or pure pleasure.

United Plates (NEW SERIES Premieres Monday, September 29 at 7:30 p.m. ET) – Mario Kalpou of “Man Eats Wild” hits the road in a custom-built RV to hunt, cook, and taste his way through the country’s most iconic dishes. From Texas BBQ pits to Louisiana crawfish boils, Kalpou immerses himself in the rich culinary heritage of America, connecting with locals and uncovering the stories behind each meal.

Our Way of Life (NEW SERIES Premieres Monday, September 29 at 8 p.m. ET) – Alaska Native, Kootink, Heather Douville, documents her tribe’s cultural and hunting practices and knowledge, teaching and instilling these values in future generations through specialty pursuits exclusive to the Tlingit Nation. Heather has inherited the meaning of being a steward to the land: respecting what one takes from the land, giving back to the land, using as much as possible, and sharing with fellow tribe members. These core values define how Heather moves within her landscape of Tlingit Aani, or what is now called Southeast Alaska. This series will encapsulate the essence of celebrating the land, air, and water. It will share the story of their hunting and pursuit history lost while bringing it back alive and to the forefront.

McMillan (Season Thirteen Premieres Monday, September 29 at 8:30 p.m. ET) – From Hunting Camp, and the Farm and Ranch, the McMillan’s are doing everything country and bringing it all home to the table.

Hardcore Carnivore (Season Two Premieres Monday, September 29 at 9 p.m. ET) – Jess Pryles is a Hardcore Carnivore and she’s traveling the country, where she’ll meet up with locals specializing in her favorite proteins. From dove hunting in Texas to harvesting Bison in Wisconsin and the delicious meals that she teaches us how to cook, it’s an epic meat-eating adventure like no other.

Cast Iron Cowboy (NEW SERIES Premieres Monday, September 29 at 9:30 p.m. ET) – Hosted by cowboy cook Kent Rollins and his wife Shannon with their 1876 Studebaker chuck wagon in tow, the series takes viewers on a journey to some of the most authentic cowboy ranches across America.

Airgunner Challenge (Season Six Premieres Wednesday, October 1 at 7 p.m. ET) – This reality shooting competition follows competitors with major shooting skills in the firearm industry, introducing them to the up-and-coming, trending air rifle and air gun industry through intense shooting challenges each week with crazy setups and targets.

Gun Stories (Season Fourteen Premieres Wednesday, October 1 at 7:30 p.m. ET) – Hosted by the legendary actor Joe Mantegna, Gun Stories explores the history and legend of the world’s most famous, and most infamous, firearms since man invented black powder.

Jason the Butcher (NEW SERIES Premieres Friday, October 3 at 7 p.m. ET) – Jason Nauert is a craft master with over 45 years of experience as a hunter, outdoorsman, and butcher. This series showcases the strength, dedication, and determination of America’s Armed Forces in various challenging situations. The show teaches survival, hunting, and shooting skills that are of interest to all outdoor enthusiasts.

Nick’s Wild Ride with Nick Hoffman (Season Ten Premieres Friday, October 3 at 7:30 p.m. ET) – Join Nick Hoffman as he travels the world on the hunt for interesting game, little-known history, fascinating people, heartwarming culture, food, and drink.

American Made (Season Three Premieres Friday, October 3 at 8 p.m. ET) – An intimate look into the lives and businesses of visionary Americans rekindling the American dream, one quality American-made product at a time. Welcome back, America!
