Editor & Publisher

Blair Wickstrom

Blair Wickstrom is the Publisher of Florida Sportsman magazine. From learning how to hold a fish properly, for a magazine picture at age ten, to winning a $40,000 boat as a tournament captain 25 years later, there hasn’t been much that hasn’t crossed the bow of one of Blair’s many boats. Blair’s fished offshore, inshore, speared fish with a sling and harpooned alligators. Blair has worked for Florida Sportsman for 29 years, but has been connected by blood, to Florida Sportsman, since 1969. Florida Sportsman has grown beyond print, now producing two television shows, a leading website and Forum community, radio network, Expos and a growing number of fishing and boating related products and books.
