Tune-In Mondays Beginning at 7 p.m. ET for New Episodes from “Wild Game Masterclass with Mike Robinson”

DENVER (August 4, 2025) – Outdoor Channel, presented by Moultrie, is serving up culinary adventures every Monday night during the “Taste of the Wild” block of programming beginning at 7 p.m. ET. With cutting edge culinary craft influencers, such as Mike Robinson, Pat Martin, Steven Rinella, Tommy Gomes and more, “Taste of the Wild” promises viewers a unique journey blending the thrill of outdoor adventure with the art of cooking.

Shows included in “Taste of the Wild” block include:

Wild Game Masterclass with Mike Robinson (Starting August 11 – 7 p.m. ET) – English restaurateur and hunter Mike Robinson is one of Britain’s most prominent game chefs, and he co-owns the only pub in Britain with a prestigious Michelin-star. Wild Game Masterclass is a step-by-step guide to cooking amazing restaurant style dishes from start to finish. Mike cooks in easy-to-follow stages in his development kitchen. The Obsession of Carter Andrews (7:30 p.m. ET) – Join Carter as he takes you on an adventure both near and far as he shares his Obsession with you and along the way learns about destinations and cultures, techniques and tackle, conservation and etiquette. His 35 years of experience has made Carter a respected leader in the industry.

MeatEater (8 p.m. ET) – Hunter, author, cook and conservationist Steven Rinella treks into the world’s most remote, beautiful regions, bringing game meat from field to table.

Life of Fire (9 p.m. ET) – Legendary pitmaster Pat Martin takes us on a food adventure, embedding himself with the grill masters and pitmasters who have mastered the uniquely American tradition of BBQ as they share their stories and local cooking traditions.

The Fishmonger (9:30 p.m. ET) – The Fishmonger takes 4th generation commercial fisherman, Tommy Gomes, on a coastal journey to connect with the men and women who put the best seafood on American dinner tables. Tommy joins Michelin star chefs and others who are passion-ate about how to make the most of their catch.
