Brotherly Rivalry in “Duck Dynasty”; Horsin’ Around in “Top Shot”; and Final Elimination Round on “Major League Fishing”

All New Content Airing May 23–29

DENVER (May 19, 2016) – Outdoor Channel is bursting at the seams with attention-grabbing, outdoor lifestyle content throughout the week of May 23–29.

Viewers can still count four ducks in a row with back-to-back-back-to-back episodes of Duck Dynasty airing every Monday night. First, Willie and Jase revive their childhood rivalry as they go head-to-head in a fishing competition to prove who’s in charge once and for all. Next, Jase and Si embark on a turkey hunt for the annual Robertson men vs. women cook-off. Then, when a big business decision is at stake for Duck Commander, Willie plans an employee, team-building retreat. In the fourth episode of the evening, Willie, Si and Jase give Sadie driving lessons to help her prepare for her upcoming driving test.

On Wednesday, the competitors in Top Shot challenge each other to a game of H-O-R-S-E – but they get to choose the weapon, target and distance. The last two marksmen standing enter a timed competition, reprising seven past challenges. Then, viewers will head to Friday Night at the Movies airing the 1965 film, Shenandoah, where Charlie Anderson, widower and farmer, lives a peaceful life in Shenandoah, Virginia with his six sons – during the Civil War. Saturday afternoon, viewers will catch the third and final elimination round in the Shell Rotella Challenge Cup on Major League Fishing. Ten anglers have given it their all in the last three rounds but only four competitors will advance to the first round of sudden death.
