Featuring Gentle Giants and Friendly Foes

New Episodes Airing Week of February 22-28

DENVER (February 19, 2016) – World Fishing Network will air new episodes of two popular television series that bring viewers to the forefront of life in and out of the sea. Viewers will experience what it’s like to be mere feet from a giant, while continuing to relive the Major League Fishing Summit Cup from behind the scenes. Catch all the action the week of February 22-28:

Inside Sportfishing (Fridays at 9 p.m. ET): This episode gives viewers an up-close, personal and exclusive look at Catalina’s gentle giants by viewing the mating habits of the magnificent black sea bass. On the brink of extinction, these beautiful fish are making an astonishing comeback. Viewers experience these gigantic fish, weighing more than 500 pounds, in their natural spawning habitats from a few feet away. To view the series, click here: Teaser

Major League Fishing All-Angles presented by General Tire (Saturdays at 4 p.m. ET): This week’s episode features the final “elimination round” of the Major League Fishing Summit Cup. Greg Hackney caught so many fish in one of three fishing periods during the day of competition, it could be considered one of the greatest periods in all of MLF history. Viewers also witness tensions rise between longtime friends, Boyd Duckett and Gary Klein, as they battle each other for the one qualifying position left in order to move forward in the competition.
