“Taste of the Wild” offers a mouthwatering lineup of programs that includes: Fishing the Wild (7:00 p.m. ET), WildFed (7:30 p.m. ET), Das Boat (8:00 p.m. ET) and The Fishmonger (8:30 p.m. ET).

English restaurateur, hunter and adventurous fisherman Mike Robinson is one of Britain's most prominent game chefs. Fishing the Wild follows Mike as he harvests the natural ingredients that make up some of his most famous dishes for his new restaurants "The Elder" and "The Woodsman." Mike learns and shares the many unique skills and techniques from his wild fishing crew of experts to sustainably catch amazing seafood and fish. As a chef, he also shares the professional methods and tips to help viewers at home elevate their cooking into truly Michelin star-caliber food, both at home and over their campfires.

Join hunter and forager Daniel Vitalis on a culinary journey through the mountains, woods and waters on Outdoor Channel’s newest series – WildFed. Vitalis makes each meal an adventure waiting to be discovered as he and his guests show viewers the gear, techniques and traditions to sustainably hunt, harvest and cook the incredible wild foods found everywhere.

What are the ingredients to Das Boat? Simply take one boat, add five fisheries, 10 anglers, mix in a helping of unlimited ideas, and the results are a unique show that could only be brought to viewers by Steven Rinella and the MeatEater production crew.

Season Two of The Fishmonger continues to examine the challenges faced by commercial fishermen and their relationships with local chefs, the community and the world market. Host Tommy Gomes, The Fishmonger, travels beyond California’s coast to Boston, Alabama and Alaska to showcase the struggles of today’s fisherman.
