Outdoor Channel Features ‘Inside Outdoors TV’ Airing Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. ET

Denver (July 8, 2021) – Friendly banter (and competition) amongst friends is always encouraged on Inside Outdoors TV now airing on Outdoor Channel on Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. ET. Hosted by friends and business partners, Tim Anello and Dave Poteat, Inside Outdoors TV travels the world chasing big and small game in a thoughtful and exciting way.

Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Tim Anello grew up with a strong love for the outdoors. His parents took him and his brother camping every summer, where they learned to fish backwater streams and creeks and cook foil wrapped dinners on the campfire. “Whether at the beach or the ballfield and everywhere in between – I couldn’t get enough of the outdoors,” Anello shared. “But when it comes to hunting, I was a bit late arriving on the scene. My first hunt was my freshman year in high school and let me tell you … it was the coldest duck hunt I have ever been on … and someone forgot to tell the ducks to stop by.” Nonetheless, on that unsuccessful and frozen morning, Anello found something he could enjoy when it was too cold to do anything else outside. Thanks to a large amount of public hunting land in Oklahoma, Tim gravitated to bird hunting, particularly, quail and pheasant.

Along with co-host, Dave Poteat, Anello has been able to make a successful career out of traveling the world and hunting many different species of game. His ‘mild’ start in hunting, has grown to a very in-depth knowledge base of how to get in close and punch tags from the eastern shores of Virginia to western shores of California and from northern Saskatchewan to Old Mexico.

Dave Poteat has more than 27 years of hunting experience and has worked throughout the United States as a cameraman on several outdoor shows, as well as a professional guide. His experiences range from the Eastern shores of Maryland to the Western coast of California and from Northern Saskatchewan to Old Mexico and many places in between. He has completed the Grand Slam for Turkeys two different times and harvested more wild hogs than he can recall. Though Dave considers himself a lover of all types of hunting, most of his hunts are with a bow. Eventually, Poteat attended an outdoor production camera school in Oklahoma City. “My father taught me how to hunt, so I had that part of the business down, it was the production aspect that was up to me to learn about,” he shared.
