School is in Session: Chef Mike Robinson Teaches ‘Wild Fish Masterclass’ Cooking Series on Outdoor Channel

DENVER (June 5, 2023) – Wild game cooking school is in session with English restaurateur and hunter Mike Robinson with the return of his hit series, “Wild Fish Masterclass.” Season two premieres Monday, June 5 at 7 p.m. ET on Outdoor Channel. Robinson is one of Britain’s most prominent game chefs, and his knowledge of hunting and farming in Britain.

This series of part of Outdoor Channel’s “Taste the Wild” block of programming on Mondays, which also features WildFed, Pardon My Plate, The Fishmonger and Andrew Zimmern’s Wild Game Kitchen.

Wild Fish Masterclass is a step-by-step guide to cooking amazing restaurant-style fish dishes from start to finish. Robinson cooks in easy-to-follow stages in his kitchen at his award-winning restaurant, The Woodsman. With the help of fellow Chefs, he also shares the professional methods and tips to help viewers at home elevate their wild fish cooking into truly Michelin-caliber food.

Robinson co-owns the only pub in Britain with a prestigious Michelin-star and he harvests the natural ingredients that make up some of his most famous dishes.
