Sportsman Channel Celebrates Leap Year with a Marathon of Shows of All Things that Leap – Saturday, February 29 at 5 p.m. ET

DENVER (February 26, 2020) – Axis deer, frogs and carp – these are three things that leap and are the focus of Sportsman Channel’s Leap Year Marathon beginning on Saturday, February 29 at 5 p.m. ET. Leap year only comes around once every four years, so be sure to tune in for this exclusive marathon of all things that leap.

Leap Year Marathon – Saturday, February 29 on Sportsman Channel

  • 5 p.m. ETThe Green Way Outdoors – The crew heads to Maui, Hawaii to target
    Axis deer bucks.
  • 5:30 p.m. ETDead Meat – Chef Leysath is in the Missouri Ozarks with some friendly people who trap, fish and cook things you’ve probably never eaten before.
  • 6 p.m. ETDead Meat – Chef Leysath and friends use bows to shoot flying Asian Carp in Illinois. They also head to Indiana where its legal to shoot frogs with .22s and pellet rifles. Neither of them tastes like chicken, but are they good to eat?
  • 6:30 p.m. ETSkull Bound TV – From monster alligator gar to Kentucky bigheads, Jana Waller recaps a decade of bowfishing.
  • 7 p.m. ETRelentless Pursuit – Tim Wells and guests lay into the fish with bows and blowguns to create an amazing adventure where fish tail walk the surface.
  • 7:30 p.m. ETBowhunter TV – Bowhunter Editor Curt Wells joins Andy Cardwell and the Muzzy Bowfishing team for some high-flying nighttime action for silver carp.
