Hosted by Jim Kinsey, with co-host Brandon Nelson, AdVANture Hunter is where the rubber literally meets the road. “People ask me how I came up with the idea of AdVANture Hunter,” Kinsey shared. “I just came off a successful, nine-year run of a series on Sportsman Channel, and I wanted to re-invent myself. I wanted something that was mobile. I wanted to travel in it, film and edit in it, and I started looking into the overland-van life crowd. How could I be this nomadic film-maker talking about adventure sustainability and conservation? And then, the idea was born.”
In the first episode, Kinsey meets up with the “Sharkman” himself, Manny Puig, who shows how to build a trident and go after tilapia, an invasive species in South Florida.
