MyOutdoorTV Earns FAXIES Award for ‘What’s Your Motivation’ Brand Awareness Consumer Campaign

MyOutdoorTV Campaign Created by Outdoor Sportsman Group’s In-House Marketing & Creative Services Team

Denver (June 26, 2023) – MyOutdoorTV, the world’s premier streaming service for outdoor lifestyle content, was recently awarded a FAXIE award in 2023 Cable FAXIES for PR/Marketing for its “What’s Your Motivation” print, video, and social media consumer campaign. The creative was brought forth by MyOutdoorTV’s (MOTV) parent company Outdoor Sportsman Group’s in-house marketing and creative services team. The brand awareness campaign was placed on linear television, in industry publications and websites, and on social media platforms.

“The campaign’s objective was to go beyond selling the unique features and benefits of MOTV and begin building a deeper connection,” said Kelsey Arms, Executive Director Brand Marketing & Solutions. “MOTV’s goal is to reinforce the brand which goes beyond simply selling subscriptions and rather inspires its customers who live the outdoor lifestyle.”

The multi-media campaign focuses on the aspirations of everyday outdoorsmen and women and asks the question “What’s Your Motivation?” as it features powerful action scenes from Outdoor Sportsman Group’s hunting and fishing programming. The copy features everyday phrases that are humorously juxtaposed with the visuals in the ads and in the commercials. The foundation of the brand messaging is the striking use of type to emphasize the letters MOTV within the MOTIVATION key word.

The “What’s Your Motivation?” campaign positions MOTV as a company that intimately understands the dreams of outdoor enthusiasts — and motivates the audience to realize them.
