Kuhn will be the editor responsible for covering seven Game & Fish editions including: New England, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida and Virginia magazines.

Kuhn, who previously served as bowhunting editor and contributing fishing editor at Outdoor Life, also will play a big role in Game & Fish magazine’s fishing and archery-gear reviews. He is a leading expert in technology in the outdoor industry and has established numerous product-evaluative testing protocols.

Sportsman Channel Casts Good Fortune with Fishing Programming in Spring 2018

DENVER (July 11, 2018) – Fishing shows on Sportsman Channel proved to be a successful programming formula as the network delivered year-over-year ratings gains across the key demographic Men 25-54 in April including: Total Day (+8 percent), Weekend (+6 percent), Primetime (+20 percent), Weekday Daytime (+14 percent) and Overnight (+14 percent).

The network also reports that fishing shows accounted for five of the Top 10 highest-rated programs in April 2018. On average, fishing shows increased the network’s rating with Men 25-54 by +6 percent year-over-year in April 2018 versus last year on Sportsman Channel.

Outdoor Channel’s ‘Major League Fishing’ Returns with New Faces and Format, Rules and Regulations in 2018

The extensive tournament takes place throughout the first six months of the year and culminates with the General Tire World Championship.
