Paintball Wars on “Duck Dynasty”; Saving Lives on  “Alaska’s Ultimate Bush Pilots”; Surviving in the Southern Alps on  “Viking Chronicles” and Kicking up the Dust on “Country Friday Nights”

DENVER (November 10, 2016) – Before all the turkey and fixings, Outdoor Channel viewers will have plenty of programming to gorge on during the week of November 14–18. On Duck Dynasty, a paintball war breaks out as Willie and Jase fight over a favorite childhood collectible; the Ultimate Bush Pilot rescues a lost hiker; Kyle Lamb is back in one of the most difficult and dangerous places to hunt in the world; Craig Morgan stocks up his freezer before Winter hits; the Bahamas welcomes Nick Hoffman with open arms and classic western film, Jeremiah Johnson, closes out the week.

Duck Dynasty begins the week on Outdoor Channel with four episodes. First, taking a hint from Jep, Si outfits himself with a pair of wearable cameras so he can record every moment of his daily life. Next, an argument over a treasured G.I. Joe action figure collectible leads to a paintball war between Willie and Jase. Then, not satisfied with Willie’s offer of soft-serve ice cream as an incentive, Jase buys an amphibious ATV and offers the use of it to motivate the guys and speed up production. Finally, Jase, Martin, and Godwin offer to build a playhouse for Jep’s kids, but their design is nowhere close to what Jep and Jessica had in mind. Next, on Alaska’s Ultimate Bush Pilots, aviation pilots Joel Natwick and Josiah Freeman assist with a search and rescue for an experienced hiker deep in the winter wilderness. Wednesday, on Viking Chronicles, Kyle Lamb is back in the steepest and most challenging terrain of the Southern Alps of New Zealand, eschewing the ubiquitous helicopter transportation for his hiking boots in the quest for high mountain Tahr – a wild goat found mainly in Asia.

Country Friday Nights starts with Craig Morgan All Access Outdoors. In this episode, from the sandhills of Nebraska to the central part of Texas, Craig is bound to find a deer, mule or whitetail, to put in his freezer this fall. Next, on Nick’s Wild Ride, Nick Hoffman uses primitive tackle to free dive for lobsters in the Abacos Islands of the Bahamas, and later explores the Bahamian food and drink as he learns to make a signature cocktail and fresh conch salad from a master. Friday Night at the Movies features western film directed by Sydney Pollack, Jeremiah Johnson, a story about a mountain man becoming the unwilling object of a long vendetta by Native Americans.

Next, on Know Fishing, Dustin Wilks breaks down bass movements during the tail end of the pre-spawn on a river he is fishing on for the first time.
